Hey, I’m Bryan!
I’m an electrical engineer by trade, but a fitness and nutrition fanatic at heart!
My love for fitness and nutrition stemmed from my background in sports. I was always one of the smallest players on the field, so I turned to fitness (strength training, specifically) to build my body to be more competitive and excel. After a while, strength training became my “sport”.
In order to improve my workouts and results, I looked into the other aspect of the craft, diet! I began to realize how impactful proper nutrition could be on my results in the gym, and my life as a whole!
I started to listen to my body, and determine what to eat based on how foods would make me feel, rather than solely on how they taste. Of course, taste is still important! This is where my love of cooking began.
